The diversity of clients is staggering as he has coached Scent Designers, Executive Chefs, recent college graduates, and National Directors of Sales and Marketing as well as parents re-entering the workforce after raising a family. He finds solutions and answers for his clients regardless of the challenge or work gap. He redirects clients into brand new fulfilling carer paths they had never even considered. His executive career coaching has empowered existing executives to seek and secure dramatically higher roles within existing companies. He also has a large group of entrepreneurial client graduates who have successfully launched consulting practices and franchises with his assistance.

His prior 25 + years of broadcast and talk show host background ignites his unique and superior interview ability to get to the core of a person’s brand and passion. He has literally been one of the Southeast’s most well-known radio brands for over 20 years so his knowledge of career brand formulation is exceptional. Combine that with his Staffing Agency management and recruiting positions for Goodwill Industries during the 2009 and 2010 economic turndown give him a unique vantage point on career challenges. He personally launched a Southeast tour of free career advice seminars in 2009 to aid the unemployed. These motivational events directly impacted hundreds of displaced workers and executives in each city. These large-scale seminars were sponsored by prestigious companies such as CBS TV in Atlanta and WLTX TV in Columbia SC with ballrooms donated by major hotel chains such as Sheraton etc. His experiences of leading this tour became the subject of his now published book “The Job I Need Needs Me” on Amazon and Kindle.

Fast forward to 2014 when Andy launched his national career coaching company with a staff of full time experienced resume writers, operations staff and additional coaches. His company is based out of its own facility in Charlotte NC with clients as far and wide as Seattle, Dallas, San Francisco, Boston and Shanghai. He continues to be hired for major keynote motivational speeches, workshops and seminars by companies as prestigious as Ingersol Rand, Grant Thorton, Orkin, and numerous state agencies. He now handles a limited and select client base providing in depth and high energy one on one career coaching in person and virtual. His energy and empathic style are contagious!
