Andy’s background in staffing and recruiting for Goodwill Industries during the 2009–2010 economic downturn gave him a front-row seat to the challenges people face when navigating career changes. In fact, during this time, he launched a Southeast tour of free career seminars, sponsored by CBS Atlanta and WLTX Columbia, which helped thousands of displaced workers.
