Kathryn’s career started in IT services sales where her success came from relationship building. Honing her career direction, she obtained her Masters in Marketing from Northwestern University. She worked for more than a decade within global, market-leading companies in the medical device industry collaborating with and supporting global teams. The international components of Kathryn’s downstream marketing, product management and product development roles were always her favorite.

Kathryn is a natural connector. She transitioned to recruiting in the medical device and clinical diagnostics industries after realizing her passion was “people” more than “products”. Her strength came from not just matching skills to jobs but investing in the whole candidate, placing them in the right company, culture and career trajectory. Kathryn has helped innumerable people in transition, from early career pathway discovery, through the interview process, to finally bringing their best to their new jobs. She trained directly with and adheres to the methodology developed by Andy Thomas.
